1. Terms of service

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Eurasia Digital Asset Exchange (“EDX”). By registering, accessing, or using any services on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Scope and modifications

EDX reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on www.eurasiaexchanges.com. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

Only individuals or entities with full legal capacity and who are at least 18 years of age may register for an account. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

 4. Prohibited use

Users are prohibited from accessing or using the platform in jurisdictions where such use would violate local laws. EDX also reserves the right to restrict access to individuals or entities found in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.

5. Description of service

EDX provides a technology platform for trading digital assets. We do not offer investment advice, participate in transactions, or hold custody of assets unless explicitly stated. EDX is committed to maintaining platform integrity, continuity, and user data protection.

6. Account registration and verification

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration and to update it when necessary. KYC and AML verification is required for full access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Security responsibilities

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. EDX is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence. Use two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance your account security.

8. Dispute resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved by the National Commercial Arbitration Center in Cambodia in accordance with Cambodian law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Both parties agree to binding arbitration and waive the right to class action.

9. User conduct and market integrity

You agree not to manipulate market prices or disrupt trading operations. EDX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive or fraudulent activity.

10. Fees

Fees are outlined on the EDX fees page and may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the current fee schedule.

11. Limitation of liability

EDX is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets. All trading involves risk, and users are solely responsible for their actions.

12. Announcements

Official announcements will be posted at www.eurasiaexchanges.com/news-events. Users are responsible for staying informed.

13. Account termination

EDX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, users must withdraw all funds. If an account remains inactive or in violation, EDX may take necessary actions in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Delisted asset policy

EDX may delist assets for regulatory or business reasons. Users will be notified in advance. Any remaining balances must be withdrawn within the specified timeframe. EDX is not liable for losses due to delisting.

15. Legal compliance

You are responsible for complying with local laws, including tax reporting. Use of EDX services may be restricted based on regulatory developments.

16. Privacy policy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Data and Privacy Policy, available at http://www.eurasiaexchanges.com/dp-policy.

17. No indemnification

EDX does not indemnify users. You agree to use the platform at your own risk and hold EDX harmless from any claims arising from your use of the services.

18. Force majeure

EDX is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
